In 2014, Lincy Joji opened Linza in Cherthala with one chair and one belief — that every appointment should feel like a ritual. Twelve years later, it is a complete family salon for ladies, gents and wedding parties alike.
Meet the Founder
Founder & Managing Director
Lincy Joji started Linza Makeover Studio in 2014 with one chair, a handful of trusted products and a belief that a salon visit should feel like a ritual, not a rush. Neighbours came for threading and facials; soon they came back with their daughters, their sisters and their brides.
As Founder & Managing Director, Lincy has grown Linza chair by chair into a complete family salon — for ladies, gents and entire wedding parties. She sets the studio's standards for hygiene and craft, hand-picks and trains every artist, and personally oversees the bridal consultations that have made Linza a name families trust across Cherthala.
Her approach has never changed: listen first, respect the skin, and create looks that reveal the person rather than mask them. It is why so many of our guests have been with us for years — and why they keep sending the people they love.

2014
Lincy Joji opens Linza in Cherthala — one chair, a few trusted products and a promise of unhurried, honest beauty care.
2016
Word of mouth brings our first hundred brides, and bridal makeovers become the soul of the studio.
2018
Linza moves into a larger studio with a dedicated bridal suite and a calm hair-spa corner.
2020
We reopen after the pandemic with sterilised kits, single-use disposables and appointment-first care.
2022
Doors open to gents — haircuts, beard styling, facials and groom makeovers join the menu.
2024
Nanoplastia, Botox and smoothening treatments arrive, backed by in-house training for the whole team.
